Sdc-350 integral tilt contact angle measuring instrument is based on the principle of optical imaging. It measures the surface contact angle, wettability, surface tension, surface energy, rolling (sliding angle), forward / backward angle and hysteresis of the sample through image profile analysis. The equipment adopts full-automatic liquid feeding device and automatic integral tilt device, with comprehensive functions, high cost performance and can meet various conventional measurement requirements, At present, it has been widely used in many universities and enterprises.

Application

1. Wetting behaviors such as spreading, penetration and absorption of liquid on the solid surface, and static contact angle is measured by drop method;

2. Measurement of advance angle, retreat angle, contact angle lag, rolling angle and dynamic contact angle of the material on the solid surface;
3. Continuous real-time research and process recording of absorbent materials, and analysis of contact angle curve with time;

Principle
 

As shown in the figure above, the contact angle measuring instrument is mainly composed of six parts: light source, injection unit, sample table, acquisition system, overall tilt platform and analysis software. The equipment adopts the principle of optical imaging.

The light source adopts dense LED cold light design, with uniform light emission, image cleaning and long service life;

The injection unit adopts a high-precision syringe pump to inject liquid, and is controlled by software with fixed quantity and speed, with stable dripping and high precision;

The sample table adopts a three-dimensional manual fine adjustment platform, which is flexible in operation and accurate in positioning. The sample table can be customized according to the actual sample size;

The acquisition system adopts a black-and-white imported CCD camera, with stable shooting, clear and reliable images. The lens is imported from Germany, with 0.7-4.5 times magnification adjustable, and the imaging is free of distortion;

The overall tilt platform adopts software to control the tilt with high accuracy, with an accuracy of 0.01 °
