Features: 

NKT5200-H is a wet automatic laser particle sizer, which adopts the most advanced Mie scattering principle  and converging Fourier transform optical path. High density probe and full range seamless connection test  method ensure the accuracy and repeat ability of the test results. The operation process of nkt5100-h is completed by computer automatically. The schematic diagram of control system is as follows:

1. Advanced optical path design: NKT5200-H adopts the converging Fourier transform test technology to ensure the maximum range at the shortest focal length, effectively improving the resolution of the instrument; the unique high-density detection unit enables 5200-H to have super small particle testing ability, and the high-density detection unit enables NKT5200-H to have a super full range seamless testing ability.
 

2. Fully sealed fiber semiconductor laser: NKT5200-H adopts high stability and long life fully sealed imported fiber semiconductor laser. The excellent stability enables NKT5200-H to have strong test repeatability, and its service life is more than 30000 hours.
 

3. Laser power monitoring and automatic adjustment: the exclusive use of constant power laser, real-time detection of laser power and automatic adjustment function, effectively avoid the problem of laser power attenuation caused by long-term use. At the same time, the laser power supply with constant current, constant voltage and high filtering is adopted, which effectively prolongs the service life of the laser and can be used for more than 30000 hours.
 

4. Full automatic testing: real automatic test, all you do is put the sample, no interference data, no manual data selection.
 

5.Ultrasonic anti dry burning function: after intensive research and development, NKT5200-H can realize ultrasonic anti dry burning function, and avoid damaging the ultrasonic withoutwater.
 

6.Adjustable ultrasonic power: in order to meet the dispersion needs of different samples, NKTT5200-H can adjust the ultrasonic power from 0 to 20 MW.
 

7. Self cleaning of circulating pipeline: the unique self-cleaning system of circulating pipeline ensures that the pipeline is always in the best state.
 

8.Sample window: unique sample window is coated with anti reflective film.
 

9.Dust proof and shock proof design: the unique suspension type guide rail fixing method can effectively avoid the interference of external vibration to the instrument, and make the test results more stable and reliable. The sealing design is carried out as a whole, which greatly improves the service life of internal components.
 

10. Strong anti-corrosion design (optional): according to the actual needs of customers, it can be equipped with acid resistance, alkali resistance, oil resistance (including all solvent oils) and organic solvents (such as acetone, phenol, n-hexane and other organic solvents).
 

11. Automatic alignment: exclusive use of mechanical center and optical center technology, automatic adjustment and positioning of optical path is more accurate, reaching micron level; at the same time, the speed of light path adjustment is faster, and the adjustment can be completed in 15 seconds at the fastest. The self-developed automatic alignment system consists of stepper motor, precision guide rail, precision controller and software system. The minimum step distance is 0.2 μ m, which ensures that the laser beam focus always passes through the center point of the detector, and improves the accuracy and repeatability of the test results. The automatic alignment system is the standard configuration for all types of laser particle sizer .
 

12. Unique micro circulation system: the whole dispersive circulation system has been optimized, and the circulating test can be carried out when the dispersing medium is larger than 120 ml, which truly achieves the micro circulation test; the optimized design ensures that there is no waste residue after drainage and ensures the accuracy of the next test result. (micro test is optional)
 

13. Bubble free design: the new design makes the whole test without bubbles entering the test sample window, avoiding bubble interference. 
 

14. No residual sample design: the instrument pipeline and drainage structure are optimized, and there is no residual liquid in the instrument pipeline and circulating pump to avoid the impact on the next test data.
 

15. Sample window quick change device: the newly designed sample window quick change device makes the sample window replacement more convenient and fast.
 

16. Dew point measurement: fogging in the sample window will affect the accuracy of measurement. Such test results have no practical significance. NKT5200-H is equipped with a fogging point measurement  system, and the software will automatically prompt once fogging occurs.
