NKT5200-H is a wet automatic laser particle sizer, which adopts the most advanced Mie scattering principle  and converging Fourier transform optical path. High density probe and full range seamless connection test  method ensure the accuracy and repeat ability of the test results. The operation process of NKT5200-H is completed by computer automatically. The schematic diagram of control system is as follows:

1. Advanced optical path design: NKT5200-H adopts the converging Fourier transform test technology to ensure the maximum range at the shortest focal length, effectively improving the resolution of the instrument; the unique high-density detection unit enables 5200-H to have super small particle testing ability, and the high-density detection unit enables NKT5200-H to have a super full range seamless testing ability.

2. Fully sealed fiber semiconductor laser: NKT5200-H adopts high stability and long life fully sealed imported fiber semiconductor laser. The excellent stability enables NKT5200-H to have strong test repeatability, and its service life is more than 30000 hours.
 

3. Laser power monitoring and automatic adjustment: the exclusive use of constant power laser, real-time detection of laser power and automatic adjustment function, effectively avoid the problem of laser power attenuation caused by long-term use. At the same time, the laser power supply with constant current, constant voltage and high filtering is adopted, which effectively prolongs the service life of the laser and can be used for more than 30000 hours.

Unique micro circulation system: the whole dispersive circulation system has been optimized, and the circulating test can be carried out when the dispersing medium is larger than 120 ml, which truly achieves the micro circulation test; the optimized design ensures that there is no waste residue after drainage and ensures the accuracy of the next test result.
