At the same time, pw180-c adds an automatic optical path adjustment device to facilitate operation and prolong the service life of the instrument.

★Fully sealed fiber semiconductor laser: PW180-C spray particle size analyzer uses a highly stable and long-life fully sealed imported fiber semiconductor laser. Excellent stability enables PW180-C to have super test repeatability (life expectancy greater than 30 thousand hours).

★ laser power monitoring and automatic adjustment: the exclusive constant power laser is used to detect and automatically    adjust the laser power in real time, so as to effectively avoid the problem of laser power attenuation caused by long-term use. At the same time, the constant current and constant voltage high filtering laser power supply is adopted, which effectively prolongs the     service life of the laser and can be used normally for more than 30000 hours.

★ automatic alignment: the exclusive combination of mechanical center and optical center technology is adopted, and the optical path is automatically adjusted and positioned more accurately, reaching the micron level; At the same time, the optical path   adjustment speed is faster, and the adjustment can be completed in 15 seconds at the fastest. The self-developed automatic  alignment system consists of stepping motor, precision guide rail, precision controller and software system.
