The main characteristics of NKT5200-H laser particle size analyzer are as follows:
1.  Advanced optical path design: NKT5200-H adopts the converging Fourier transform testing technology to ensure the maximum range in the shortest focal length, effectively improving the resolution of the instrument; the unique high-density detection unit enables NKT5200-H to have super small particle testing ability; the high-density detection unit enables NKT5200-H to have super full range seamless testing ability, and The high configuration version adopts a dual optical design.
2. Dust proof and shock proof design: the whole instrument is sealed, which greatly improves the service life 
of internal components. The unique suspension structure can effectively avoid the interference of external vibration to the instrument, and make the result test more stable and reliable.
3.  Automatic calibration of optical path in X and Y directions: NKT5200-H exclusively adopts the technology of combining mechanical center with optical center, which makes the automatic adjustment and positioning  of optical path more accurate, reaching the micron level; at the same time, the speed of light path adjustment is faster, and the adjustment can be completed within 15 seconds at most.
4.  Intelligent automatic operation mode: the software realizes one key operation, automatic water inlet, automatic injection, automatic test and automatic cleaning. The whole test process realizes one key      automatic operation, which is convenient and fast.
5.  Unique micro circulation system: the whole dispersive circulation system has been optimized, and the      circulating test can be carried out when the dispersing medium is larger than 180 ml, which truly achieves the micro circulation test; all joints are designed with quick insertion and quick screw, and all pipelines can be     replaced in a short time; the optimized design ensures that there is no waste residue after drainage, and       ensures the accuracy of the next test result.
6.  Ultra wide range: the range of NKT5200-H is 0. 1 μ m ~ 800 μ M.
7.  Ultrasonic anti dry burning: NKT5200-H is equipped with 100W high-power ultrasound, and has ultrasonic anti dry burning function.
8.  Misoperation protection: NKT5200-H has the function of self-protection and does not respond to some misoperation that may damage the instrument, greatly reducing the damage caused by human error         operation.
9.  Dew point measurement: fogging in the sample window will affect the accuracy of measurement. Such     test results have no practical significance. NKT5200-H is equipped with a fogging point measurement system, and the software will automatically prompt once fogging occurs.
10. Bubble free design: the new design prevents bubbles from entering the test sample window during the whole test process, and avoids bubble interference (we have exclusive bubble free function technology) .
11. Sample no residue design: the instrument pipeline and drainage structure are optimized, and there is no residual liquid in the instrument pipeline and circulating pump to avoid the impact on the next test data; the  dry test is also designed with no residue.
12. Sample window quick change device: the newly designed sample window quick change device makes the sample window replacement more convenient and fast (the disassembly and assembly process of      sample window can be completed in 20 seconds).
