Sdc-350 integral tilt contact angle measuring instrument is based on the principle of optical imaging.  As shown in the figure above, the contact angle measuring instrument is mainly composed of six parts: light source, injection unit, sample table, acquisition system, overall tilt platform and analysis software. The equipment adopts the principle of optical imaging.

The light source adopts dense LED cold light design, with uniform light emission, image cleaning and long service life;

The injection unit adopts a high-precision syringe pump to inject liquid, and is controlled by software with fixed quantity and speed, with stable dripping and high precision;

The sample table adopts a three-dimensional manual fine adjustment platform, which is flexible in operation and accurate in positioning. The sample table can be customized according to the actual sample size;

The acquisition system adopts a black-and-white imported CCD camera, with stable shooting, clear and reliable images. The lens is imported from Germany, with 0.7-4.5 times magnification adjustable, and the imaging is free of distortion;
